My client wanted just a few elements in this little nook under the stairs for her girls to feel like they are inside a mushroom home, and she wanted to include a little mushroom table with teacups. I painted the tea cups to look like upside-down mushroom caps and it is painted in perspective for when the children are sitting in front of it. A unicorn is peeking her head into the room through a fantasy window so she can join their tea party! Baseboard trim has not yet been installed in this photo.
