This private residence has a 12′ high stairwell in which they wanted me to paint a large, stylized tree with visible branches, and numerous round, fluffy birds. I painted delicate leaves and many small white flowers, as well as a variety of birds including a chickadee, bluebird, cardinal, and mourning doves. Butterfly bushes are painted around the base of the tree, and butterflies float nearby.
