My elderly client had a large, boring wall in the stairwell of her split level home, and wanted me to paint a stylized willow tree to fill the space. Having lived over eight decades, she wanted to incorporate memories from her life into the mural. I painted over 40 elements (all just a few inches in height) throughout the tree to represent her pets, her family members, and important events in her life. This is such a treasure trove of memories that she gets to share with family and friends who visit!
