This is one of the murals I painted in my first year of business, and it proved incredibly challenging for me at the time as I worked hard to get the perspective of these large barrels accurate. It was the first time I ever broke down crying while painting (shhhh, don’t tell anyone!) but I kept working at it until I got it right and knew my clients would be happy. From that experience I learned that whenever I am working on a difficult mural and feel like crying, I am actually really close to getting it right.
